Momos are a type of Dumplings which are eaten all over Asia with different names and different shapes. Momos are mostly eaten in India, Pakistan, Nepal and Bhutan. Chicken momos, Beef Momos and veg momos are the most famous varieties of Momos. today we are going to make chicken momos in a classic way and I will demonstrate you to fold momos in 5 ways.
Written Ingredients:
Chicken Mince/ thigh or breast 1kg
cabbage Chopped 5tbs
Garlic Leaves Chopped 2tbs
Coriander Leaves Chopped 1tbs
Onion Chopped 3medium
Green Chillies Chopped 1tbs
Salt 1tsp
White Pepper Powder 1.5tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/4tsp
Garlic Crushed 1tbs
Soya Sauce 1.5tbs
For Wrappers:
All-Purpose Flour 2cup
Salt 1/2tsp
Water 1/2cup
Utensils:
Steamer for steaming
Bowls for mixing filling and flour

Salaam every one I make momos myself in india and I don't praise my self but it's quit good and most fast selling item I have it in my fast food place so my tip is I personally add chopped ginger garlic onion green chilies cilantro and black pepper powder salt to taste try it by urself for better result as I will try bhai recipe what he shown in video now waiting for momo chutney
