Shawarma is a popular snack and meal item here in the Philippines. There is even a Filipino version of the Shawarma rice, pita bread is replaced by turmeric rice. It was exclusively consumed in the Muslim community and became popular in the late 90's in the general public. I remember tasting the dish for the first time in 98.

Asalaam alakum. My cousin and I really, really miss this shawarma, as we live in the United States and cannot find it here. For Eid, we made this recipe along with all the sauces. It was fantastic! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe with us, it was so nice to recreate the taste that we love so much! Eid Mubarak!

بھائی یہ میں چیلنج کرتا ہوں کہ یہ شاورما کی ساری ریسپی غلط بتای ہے اس بھائی صاحب نے کیونکہ پاکستان میں کسی کو بھی نہیں پتہ اصل شاورما ہوتا کیا ہے اس لیے ان بھائی صاحب اپنی طرح کی بنا کر ویڈیو ڈال دی
