Rosh is a Traditional Food of KPK, Pakistan. We went to Peshawar to especially show you the original and authentic recipe of Rosh. Lal Chafoor Rosh is the most famous and delicious Rosh in Peshawar. Here is the recipe video so that you can enjoy it.
Ingredients for 50kg Meat:
Calf Meat Big Pieces 50kg
Ghee 10kg
Onion 250gms
Tail Fat 1kg
Salt 1/2kg
Orange Juice of 5 oranges with 5 ltrs of water
Potatoes 10kg
Recipe for 5kg Meat:
Calf Meat Big Pieces 5kg
Ghee 1kg
Onion 25gms
Tail Fat 100gms
Salt 50gms
Orange Juice of 1/2 orange with 500ml of water
Potatoes 1kg

میں کارخانوں مارکیٹ کی دوسری طرف ڈیوٹی کرتا ہوں۔مجھے یہاں رہتے چھ سال ہو گئے اور ہم سارے دوست یہاں ہر دوسرے روز جاتے تھے۔یہ سارے ہمیں جانتے ہیں۔۔۔روز اچھا بناتے ہیں اور اس میں چپک بہت ہوتی ہے۔سردی میں کھائیں تو جسم میں گرمی آ جاتی ہے۔کمال چیز ہے۔
