Wow you can really see where the Okinawan's used a lot of these foundations in Chinese boxing to form karate , even when Janice has the punch extension. It looks like fundamental karate.

For anyone watching this video, remember to slightly bend your elbow when punching. Janice's arms are too straight. This will lead to injury of your tendons and negates the power in the punch.

@@johnsantos507 Hi! Sensei is used in japan, in general for karate ,aikido or ninjutsu masters. Nissei for the descendants, Sansei for the third japanese generation of masters. Sorry, I'm not being rude, but I guess a chinese master wouldnt like to be called a sensei.
