No it’s not Shen as Shen wasn’t really a master so Kai probably killed him

Shen wasn't really a master and he isn't that strong so kai probably just let him wander in the spirit realm.Why? Shen doesn't have physical strength He mostly dodges attacks(Po, Master croc,and ox) He relies on his personal weapon(his finger shooting blades,his sword,his knot) He can't punch He mostly relies on hir armies to the the thing for him Mostly his op canon
