hi Doc I’m 66 yrs old doing 18 hours of fasting.and same time a bodybuilder. i defenitely agree on fasting and still my muscles are lean.

@@daisyona7083 hi there I've been doing low carbs too but more intake of proteins thru meat ,fish and vegies too like broccolis etc. at the same time drinking my whey isolate before and after my work-out.

@@daisyona7083 so far it doesn’t coz my LDL is quite normal same thing goes with my HDL maybe it’s because of my regular intake of my morning habit which is drinking warm water mixed with lemon on it on empty stomach. and a lot of H2O during my workout.

Fasting has to be evaluated carefully. your very true. allow me to share: before, when i woke up, i woke up wd headache. little massaging with my head ive noticed the veins are "maga" i mean "nakaangat" at yun ay masakit; in my throat meron ako parang kaliskis na akala ko natinik ako. sabi ko probably bec of too much used of betadyne gargle. BUT i praise God having knowledge of low card or no carbs at all thanks yo u dok grace, it is one amongst others improvement in my body. it is gone. 🙏💖

OMG,my mum just passed away 1yr ago. I wish I could have known this because of the wrong knowledge by her dr. HER dr said , just feed my mum whatever she wants because she always wanted to eat what wasn’t allowed for her .During her last days that she was sick, she wasn’t eating and we got worried, so we tried to sort of forced her to eat. Ohhh, I’m so sorry my dear mum, I didn’t know then 🥲🥲Thank you Po doc ❤️❤️

I was diagnosed tumor in the pancreas so i had my operation remove half of it qnd spleen nearly 4 years ago. Since then Im having insulin 10 units each morning and once a day 500gm metformin

in 3 mos bumaba ang aking cholesterol glucose uric naging normal. in liver bumaba result. i have many medicines also my creatinine didnt i mprove, my cardo tod me maybe im dehydratede told me to drink more water and measure it to 1.8 liter. I lost also 20 kilos. btw Im still having 1/8 -1/4 cup basmati rice or one pc slice grain bread.

I'm fasting even before way back 2010 hindi pa uso itong keto na to for spiritual purpose.. Jesus thought me to fast and when I'm save way back 2017 I've fast for 28days drinking just water and eat 1half of boil chicken and petchay on top with salt and pepper.. and apple's only I've seen changes alot ang ganda nga ng kutis ko and hair shiny and baby face.. now I'm still fasting 16hours to 18hrs before I eat.. no one teach me about this or I read on any books I just follow my soul and the wisdom of God... but ofcourse continue improvement and studies help..

Hi doc, I am almost 66 yrs old and do 16-18 hr fasting everyday, do regular 45 minute cardio exercise, eating very little carb high in fiber like whole grain oats, no sugar, very low sodium, taking vit D3+K2 for 5 months now. I only eat Salmon & other fishes rich in Omega 3, kimchi, spinach. What else must I do ? Thank you so much !!

good pm po doc. nag low carbs ako start nov. last year dari 90 kls ako now is 76kls tuloy pa rin sa low carbs ask ko lang ok lang ba black coffee a day half teaspon of sugar lang ok lang po ba lahat ng desert , softdrinks, bread, rice ask lang ok lang ba saba ng saging once a day salamat po

Ung parang may asthma n ako nawala din at pg mamanhid ng mga kamay ko gumaling din. You're a blessing to us. May the Lord keep you safe and away fr harm good health always and long life. Good morning doc.! 2 n 1/2 months n po kong lc ,doing fasting also ,16 hrs.up to 20 hrs.a day ,diabetic for 6 yrs.b-4 my hba1c was 11 now just check up from my doc.6.9 fair control hope fully s pagblik ko mging normal n ,by nxt yr.but tuloy p rin ang mentina ko ,kya lang po bp ko ang hi. I drink po electrolyte solution 2x din po meal ko dahil s mentina pero pag longer fasting 24hrs.pag wla po kong foods di po ko inom ng gamot ,electrolyte po ang iniinom ko n feel good nman ko pag check ko by strip 95 ang sugar ko insulin 18 " am at 15" pm but di ko nkain di n ko nagiinsulin tama po b to ?
