I am intrigued by the fact the interviewer chose to ask this storied woman to talk about her life, actions, purpose-but framed the discussion so heavily about Dr. King. What I love to see however-is that Edelman NAMED Jo Ann Robinson, Ella Baker, the Morris Brown Students, and countless others. The movement was about everyday people doing remarkable things. His confusion over “The March Against Fear”….This documentary project could benefit from a scholar of African American history in the room.

@Delores Willis He is the real Christ who came into the world. He saved us from the sins of racism and hate, which we lived under at the hands of those who were not willing to let us cross over to a better way of life. Surely you must know that he is the Lord who sat down at the table in the present of our enemies and prepared a place for us in this society by signing an agreement with President Johnson on our behalf. And surly you know that he is the Lord Christ who stood upon the mountain and gave his famous sermon there. And we know that famous sermon was called I have a dream. And the mountain is called capital hills in Washington DC...And surly you must know that he is the Lord Christ who was laid to rest in a tomb in a place that was preserved for him to be laid at where no other man had ever been laid before and had a stone covering placed at the face of his tomb. This is the true Christ who was in the world. The faithful merit of God in which Memphis swallowed him up in death. And the Lamb of God who was slain from the foundation of the earth, because he was led to the slaughter on our behalf. He died for us to be able to live a life of freedom without fear. I love my Lord and savior Christ King. Do you love him as well? Peace be unto my sister. For Jesus is the Father, and Jesus, Christ is King. It was Jesus our God who gave us a Christ who was King. And there is no other name given to Christ under the heavens in which we were to be saved by but King.

Remember my sister, that the Revelation is about Jesus' Christ, and who he is. It is not about who Jesus is or who Jesus' mother or father is, but who his Christ is. Jesus is God, and he is of the spirit and not the flesh. And we worship him in the spirit of truth. But Christ is King, and he is of the flesh by the same spirit of Jesus. And he's the one who suffered the death in the flesh and was laid in the tomb. Jesus will come at the time of the end to raise up Christ King from the tomb. And give him his full power and glory that he deserves because he was willing to lay down his own life. And when Jesus comes down from heaven, we shall see him as he really is. Christ King shall be the very first of all the resurrections to come. And those who died in him with his struggle for righteousness sake will follow him in the resurrection. But the rest of the dead shall not live again until 1,000 years later. And then they will have a final judgment with the living. Some will get everlasting life. Some will get everlasting death. And some will get everlasting shame and contempt. And then Jesus shall return to the heavens and leave Christ King with us to be our God forever. And then shall we forever be with the Lord.

The God of heaven has said that we are to set aside a day of each year to honor the name of the Lord Christ. And we are to gather together with our children and grandchildren in remembrance of him for the works that he did on our behalf. And that day was set up to honor the name of the Lord Christ. And that day is called MLK National holiday, which we gather together with our children and grandchildren each year to honor his name and to remember the works he did on our behalf. And the God of heaven has said that we are to bear the name of the Lord Christ upon a pole in every city and town no matter how large or small they may be. And this is why you have Martin Luther King Jr.'s name beared upon a street sign pole in every city and town in America, no matter how large or small they may be. Because it is the name of the Lord Christ. If Jesus was the Christ, then why is it not Jesus' name given a national holiday or beared upon a street sign pole in every city and town? I have told you that the Lord Christ is King.
