It is essential for everyone to do regular exercises, walking few kilometres daily, go for medical checks at the registered hospitals, doing your blood pressure, urine tests, blood tests, eye tests, etc , if the results are normal readings or not. Many people hardly rest , everyday they are on the roads or at locations or attending parties. Too much of everything is bad. Eating too much starchy foods, smoking, excessive achohol intake, etc, is dangerous. Everything should be in moderation. Having at least two days off just to rest, sleep and relax in a decent environment should be for everyone, especially all the actors or drivers. There is only one life , no duplicate, please.

He repeated it again that if the Dr had listen to him he might not have died. My point is if anything happens in the hospital, y’all are quick to tag everybody that work in the hospital Nurses. There are a lot of workers in the hospital and most of them wear scrubs, you should carry out your investigations very well before tagging anybody a nurse.
