your videos are detailed and nice dear.. thanks for taking the time..my opinion, i think in whatever biz, you need to include and calculate your labour, miscellaneous incase you forget something and also gas or kerosene, i mean you did not steal those things, you paid to have them, and you have to pay yourself for the hard work .my 2 cents pls💚

Yes you can use fresh ginger but the dried one tastes and smells better in Kunu. I used Sweet potato

Thought they pour the other mixture when the Kunu is still hot before covering but you poured yours after 4 hours when the kunu must have cooled down , and thought is usually don't take over night before you sieve

After making it a pap, leave it for some time before adding the raw one I left, if you watch the video you’ll see how long I left it and to know that it’s time to add the raw one. After that I left it overnight, also shown in the video before washing with cheese cloth and then adding sugar. Watch again you’ll understand.

You may just package once it’s cool and refrigerate, If you leave it overnight, it will have a sour taste

The prices of what you purchased are quite cheap, I guess it’s not this year because millet and Guinea corn are damn expensive in the market now! Or maybe it could be your location of which I doubt it’s not Lagos! ❤

Yes they can If the net will allow air touch it and not accumulate heat, then yes

Yes you can add condensed milk but not to all, only the one you want to drink at a spot
