Your rice kept falling off into the soy sauce because you're supposed to dip the side where the fish is in the soy sauce, not the rice. This helps it so there isn't too much soy sauce to corrupt the taste, and keeps everything together nicely.

If its to hard to use chopsticks you can eat with hand too. In Japan we do that sometines eat sushi with our hands hehe 😋 i love my sushi 🍣 and sashimi. 2 dollars and 90 cents wow here in Japan its 99 cents a plate with 2 sushis on plate unless you order a special ones but wow
