Conner used to do a lot of rap battles before from what I know, like a lot more than Rustage so no wonder he could pull harder punches. Imo, Ichigo won that one. Also PE$O's Beard lol.

The "ironic your all black but won't try" line is a reference to the new Zealand Rugby team as they are known as the all blacks due to their kit, and to score in rugby it's called a try, the symbol in the video is the logo for their team

Yo this battle was so great and straight fire. Rustage had the advantage with the ammo he could use, but Connor just kept going for the jugular with every punch. So this was definitely a Peso beard in my opinion.🤣🤣🤣

The All Blacks are the New Zealand rugby team (their uniforms are all black), a try is one of the two ways to score in rugby (roughly equivalent to a field goal in American football). It was a clean sweep for Ichigo on this one, also PE$O's beard

Hey Professor! Love the reactions. Conner went for the throat on this one. To be honest I think the line 'Swap my Bankai out for a pen' is deeper than what other reactions give. Then again, Conner probably didn't think this hard about it. XD Here's my Notes: 1. As you said, forget the swords, we using a pen. I think it calls back to the fact that instead of crossing blades they are literally writing 'lyrics' instead. 2. Ichigo is saying: 'Bro forget the sword I can beat this kid with a pen'. Guess you could make a call out to John Wick from the John Wick films, who has killed people with a PENcil. But that's kindof a stretch as it is. 3. Ichigo is a Soul Reaper or Shinigami. Who is another Shinigami? Ryuk from Death Note. How does he and Light kill people? The Death Note. How? WITH A PEN!!! Keep up the great work Prof. of Barology!

Updated notes: 4: There is a common phrase of 'The pen is mightier than the sword' by English playwright Edward Bulwer-Lytton; from his play Cardinal Richelieu. Which plays into note 2 but could be a subtle reference to how Ichigo doesn't enjoy fighting but does when he needs to.

What bleach needed was an arc between the Aizen fight and the Fullbringer arc to really show that shift in Ichigo because of how the arc flowed it was a lil rushed in terms of us experiencing the series and not the time passing in the series

@@ProfessorKuro there was a lot of things rushed in Bleach... on the other hand, at least they made sense. if you read it again and know ichigo's heritage, even the way he got his powers makes sense. think about how ishida got his quincy powers back and where was he pierced when it happened. now think about how ichigo got his powers back, while knowing that he is part quincy...

@@ProfessorKuro that's why I said that a lot of things are rushed in Bleach. If I were to name all of those things the comment would take you 15 minutes to read through :D and I'd still miss a few. Pacing issues are wide spread through almost all Shounen Jump manga. But the longer the manga, the more you notice those problems. But the thing that isn't that common among Jump manga is making sense in the universe. A prime example would be Naruto with it's numerous plot holes and inconsistencies. As such I try to give Bleach credit for that. It's not [erfect in that sense but definitely one of the better (possibly one of the best) cases. Plus I love Bleach so maybe some bias when I hear some shit like "bleach is the shitiest of the big three" and stuff like that. At least it makes sense and has a relatively relatable MC. And sorry for the grammar. English isn't my native laguage.

I kind of wish that they did address on what happened when people were turning against him. Especially Orihime and Chad but that's another discussion for another time.

the funny thing is ichigo wanting to stay normal and free is what old man zangetsu(quincy ywach spirit) was all he wanted . he want ichigo to stay safe and happy, not wanting to be a shinigami and meet heartache, thus supressing white but as in the fullbringer arc, ichigo felt powerless that his friends ad family he once protected he couldn't do anything, he himself didnt understand why he felt annoyed being "normal", it was because he want to have the ability to help his friends if they ever needed him. yeah ichgo wanted to stay normal, but it was a grass is always greener feeling he had

Pe$o’s beard Feel like Ichigo won this easily. On a sidenote the full bring ark is actually my favorite in the series. A lot of people misunderstand the character development that takes place during it. Prior to that arc, all Ichigo really knew about the soul society was they really didn’t like him or his friends. During the arc you got to see alot of the corruption throughout the Soul Society itself, and the fact that Ichigo was lucky to have not been killed off like the rest of the previous fullbrings

Tanjiro had like 4 years before the final selection to be able to kill low level demons. Ichigo trained for like 4 months all combined and reached the level of a god.

But he had 14 days in the Shattered Shaft training, 3 days Bankai training, couple weeks Vizard training, three months, Dangai, he rolled with the Xcution for a while, and got a couple days in the Royal Palace. Dude's a prodigy, also learns as he goes, which is the best thing, since it means no long boring training arcs.

I think Ichigo is a mary sue in the sense of powers. Shinigami powers? Check, Quincy powers? Check, Hollow powers? Check, Full bring powers? Check, Hell powers, Check. There isn't a power invented yet that ichigo doesn't possess as well. I am a big bleach fan boy though so I do think bleach won but that part he was definitely right on.

Alright this is going to go to the people who actually understand why the big three are the big three there were two main reasons first of all they were the top three manga in Shonen Jump but the other reason is because they are what brought people to anime play Dragon Ball isn't there the people that watch Dragon Ball and don't have a clue what anime is which is why I propose a new age Big 3 which would be my hero Academia Black Clover and Demon Slayer

How many times do I have to explain Ichigo doesn't get his powers right back he works his f****** ass off to get his powers in the first place then when he loses his powers we thought it was for good tennis whole life is crashing down around him so he works his ass off again to get this new our own all the work he did saving people and being a good person in the soul Society and making friends came back and they gave him his powers back

Ichigo loses his powers and gets it back in the next arc. That's what we mean by he gets his powers right back. It's not about him training or deserving it. At the end of the day the span of chapters between Ichigo losing his powers and regaining them is negligible and that's the issue.

just 1 get kidnapped? lemme check, first byakuya and renjii forcefully take rukia and almost kill ichigo, and in my book forcefully taken = kidnapped then orihime gets kidnapped by arancars. first movie he meets senna and whole plot turns into another rescue mission. movie 3 i believe is where rukia turns into damsell in distress that needs rescuing again. and in 4th movie he goes into depths of hell because his sister gets kidnapped. who exactly is this "just one person who keep getting kidnapped"?
