@@rosyfox702 no it wasn't. He knows Ciel's well-kept secret. And well... let's just say Ciel slipped up here. His usual "cold front" is gone coz Lizzy brought it down for a sec there. Sebastian's reaction only reminded Ciel that they're not alone together so he had to let go of the moment. Imagine if Sebastian saw them when Ciel and Lizzy got locked in a room in the ship. Their interactions there and how they made up surely would've kept him just as amused.
