It deserves it if you ask me. While the game is a bit dated and has some minor flaws it is still the best of the franchise and one of the all time best racing games in my opinion. One thing i still hate about the new need for speed games is brake to drift. It works well for Hot Pursuit but i don't like it in the other games

@@jammygamer8961 I got NFS payback, you can turn off the brake to drift feature. Last one I played was NFSW and I checked out a few games after that but didn't like them (Most wanted (2), and one where you had to go to gas stations to change the color of your car and couldn't tune anything). As far as Payback goes they fixed this issue though, once you turn on stability control you no longer drift when you hit the brake. It still doesn't feel realistic, but if you play around with your setup meaning steering sensitivity and downforce IIRC (only RACER cars, f.e. in offroad cars you can't turn off brake to drift) then you can make your car handle much more realistic and if you fine tune it you can get them to handle pretty well. As far as the new games go you really only want to buy them if you're addicted to open world racing but don't have an Xbox (no access to Forza Horizon) or you want to do exterior tuning and create designs for these cars. They aren't nearly as bad as you expect though. That's once you turn on stability control, and sadly the game never tells you that you can turn off the stupid drift handling using stability control.

@Dawid XCX The police in heat are only hard because you have a health bar. Heat is inferior to most wanted apart from graphics and execution of the cut scenes. Even the customization has some ugly as hell parts just like most wanted and older NFS games

Because you're stuck in 2005. Heat is really good and Unbound looks even better.
