This game needs a remaster, but a good remaster with the cars of the dlc 1.2 and fix for the botton continue, when you install that patch the game is litterally implayable cuz the crashes, they need that and the game is absolutely a master piece

@@Elmonarquista Agreed . It has some problems such as brake lights , continue bug , and fps problems . One other problem is that story is very short but a good remaster can make this game even more perfect

Horizon 1 got closest to the feel. Starting out as a low level peon before building your way up to the most famous racer at the festival. Later ones drop the ball by having you be the organizer in the blandest way possible. Hell, I think the "Create a raceday" in this offers you more to do in terms of organizing.

@@NEEDbacon horizon 3 was good with the festival too. It was heavily revolving around the festival expansions throughout the whole game and really made you feel like the owner.

@@patrickandre-kfpcompanycar5247 I think it is supposed to be a sound that plays when you are close to the start/finish line but it's broken for some reason :D Running the game on modern hardware where in my case I have to limit the game to one singular core on my PC otherwise it won't even boot up could be the cause !

Ikr, just seems like modern Forza Horizon games just appeal to the much younger audience nowadays who don't really care about grinding. They just wanna get straight into action with fast cars. Last good Forza horizon games were probably FH1 and FH2.

No, people were bitching because it's buggy, unfinished and has weird rubbery physics.

Engine sounds, tire smoke, and damage physics don't make a good game. NFS Prostreet is genuinely a terrible game because the handling & physics are really bad and the AI is too easy. There isn't much more to it than that, a good idea isn't a good execution.

@@Halagini >The Ai is too easy Rudy Chen would like to know your location. I will give you the "Kings" outside of Aki and somewhat Monroe are piss easy. Also while the physics can be weird, if you know how to tune your car right they become absolutely hilarious and add to the enjoyment.

i genuinely didnt even know this game was a ps3/xbox 360 game until just today and this explains everything. I had it for the ps2 and i just played through the entire game (ps2 version) for the last couple days and the fact that it is a last gen port explains all of my problems with it theres a lot of moments of super long loading screens, framerate varies like crazy, the fact the game focuses so much on car damage when all that happens is your paint gets scratched is super weird and feels unfinished (actual damage is only visible on next gen), decals, map screen, etc are all super super blurry and look like a compressed mashed mess, customizing cars has an ungodly long loading time for any small changes, there is no indication of when a drag race starts before "go" appears, etc theres even little things that bothered me as a kid too like the race events screens arent a fully modeled area where you even see your car its just a compressed jpg that always made the game feel low budget to me this game should have not been ported down a gen, its optimization is kind of terrible and it soured my feelings on this game for decades because i didnt know its not even meant to be a ps2 game

350Z is probably most OP drag car in my opinion, if you tune it right, in par with 240SX

For me when I got to react team sessions I would always turn the gto into a 9 sec drag car with the upgrades they give you

Same here, though I add level 1 suspension first. Makes Battle Machine an absolute breeze with the 240SX as drag 👍🏽

@@joshuastedford1670 I personally can tell that from start of the game the 350Z, 240SX, and GTO '65 are one of best drag cars for me. I could breeze through drags from start to end of the game only with them. Wheelies tho are an other problem.

@@kazutonaruse9001 Yeah, I'd agree with those three picks 👍🏽 I personally ran the '06 GTO with level 2 tires and suspension and level 3/4 everything else. Total stability, no wheelies, and a guaranteed sub 6.9s time (6.3 personal best) Wheelies can be dominated with a '69 Charger, but I used to get the Camaro Concept... just because I liked it 😂

Yeah, some of his decisions were a little questionable loool. Thinking the '06 GTO would be 'bad for drag' is insanity. Really fun vid though!

Yeah, prostreet's drift physics can make it satisfying but the fact that you have relatively little control even in king mode is a big issue for it- in a hypothetical next prostreet i'd love to see a system that makes drifting feel good but also allow complete manual control of where you go, since a lot of the time there's no way to make the car do what you want, and another issue I get a lot on tokyo dockyard is a drifting section where it won't register points because I'm on the wrong side of an opening in the freightyard

If you do it perfectly you can even launch before the lights turn green, I just do a mental timer while banging the rev, 80% of the time works everytime

@@LazloRTR Well, I guess that makes sense, since when looking at Kuru's false start, there was some milisecond gap between the launch and the false start detection. So my guess is that the game calculates the distance of your car and the starting line, rather than the timing of the launch. And it might be harder to do if the car has better launch power

Also for drag racing, any rwd car with stage 3 suspension will become a wheelie car (atlest from what i remember) so if you dont want to wheelie, use stage 2 suspension

Ryo's drift spec Evo actually has performance data copied from 350Z

Personally my problem with it was the fact that I never managed to understand tuning properly so I wasn't able to complete some of the later races and in the end I just gave up. It just seems too complicated for me.

Really? My go to strategy in the beginning was always to get the 350Z from Battle Machine and switch the 240SX over to Drag mode. It always carried me into the end game and was only outclassed by Supras and Corvettes and a few supercars

@@toastedphantom3007 Yeah, it was completely doable with the 240SX. Not gonna lie, took a few restarts especially in Speed modes. After all, the AI makes mistakes sometimes (or you can force them / slightly nudge them into making an error).
