Kuska
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Garlic cloves - 6 to 8
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chilli - 1
Mint leaves
Coriander leaves
Oil - 3 tbl spoon
Ghee - 1 tbl spoon
Cinnamon stick - 1
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 3
Bay leaf
Onion - 2
Tomato - 2
Salt
Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala or Biryani Masala - ¾ teaspoon
Turmeric powder - ¼ teaspoon
Curd - 2 tbl spoon
