Hello and welcome to Kika's 12 Week Free Photo Challenge!
This is a FREE photo challenge series that anyone can join, with whatever equipment you have, and you can start and complete the videos at in your own time :)
This is the first video of the Mindset Monday videos, and today I wanted to take a moment to talk about how to create photos that will inspire and connect others.
This video is filled with tips and ideas on how to uncover what you truly are inspired by, so that you can create photos with deeper and more personal storytelling.

The reason why some talented people don't share their ideas for helping others who are stuck may not always be selfishness but sometimes it's the lack of the ability to express these ideas in words which others can understand and relate to . Even being able to express is an art and I am really impressed how you mastered that so wonderfully! Kika, you inspire me so much! I love you ❤️

I was just reading through your workbook and wanted to cry tears of joy! Many are questions I've been asking myself this past week and thought I was the only one going through them and that it is silly for me to think that way. Thank you for these motivation videos, Kika! Exactly same issues here , your place like windows doors and location are beautiful but here there is a lot minimal and there is no independent to go out and take pictures I would love to get out and explore but I'm helpless , still I manage to capture sunset n sunrise and other stuffs which I can connect with..

I watched this last night and wrote down some stuff in my inspiration notebook :3 now I'm going through the workbook! What I'm mostly conflicted about is the fact that my main source of inspiration is fashion and I can't really go out to take photos :c (pandemic aside, my country is VERY unsafe for taking photos on the streets alone). So I have to make the most out of my house and garden!

For me Inspiration has no Limit. Thats is a Blessing and also a Curse because i don't have any straight Line in my Photography Style. Maybe this Challenge makes me get more on Point. Even if i don't want to fit into any Box. Thanks for this Video and the Challenge!

Ah then I think you'll enjoy or find the questions in the workbook helpful! I think it's greta to have many interests, but it could be interesting for you to see what would happen if you chose a "direction" for a while and see how that could further develop your creativity :)

Thank you Kika, i am in. I live in London more than 2 years. I always have my camera with me and always keep my eyes open. I love bold colours, glowers, doors, nature, lakes, forests, seacoasts. Before shooting i always try to think first about how the place makes me feel, what kind of emotions it stirs to me. Then i look for ways to get those qualities and feelings onto my film. With each my photography i want to tell a story. What kind of emotions give this photography to you?

I can't wait Kika:)! I'm a singer/songwriter, working as a Social Media Manager and photography always has been a part of all my travel - / moving abroad - and all sorts of journeys, it's like baking for me both (photography and baking) are relaxing ventils for my time beside songwriting, singing or traveling, it's a door into my own mindset, as through the lense you give basically the viewer the view of your own imagination:)!
