Сompletely different style of play. The fact that he is a good dribbler doesn't make him look like Messi. Messi plays more simple. Kvara likes to show some skills. He is more like young CR7, Zidane and Kaka.

“Top clubs” as you call, prefer to spend hundred millions for already over expensive know players instead of find new future legends like this guy, and Napoli is a big history club Where a lot of champions played, a very skilled president and best scout’s in the world for finding gems, they payed kvara only 10 MM and probably they will sell it in the next seasons to your “top” club for 150 millions.
