The original undiluted anwamoo is prepared with rice, oil, onion with beef(optional) and served with grinder pepper+ onion without tomato. The primary additive is egg. Sardines and sauges are secondary additives

I agreee with you …I remember chefabbys posted her fufu video those alatafuo were under saying that’s not how fufu is made simply because Ghana fufu is composed of plantain and cassava and theirs is made of yam …maybe they think Ghanaians are supposed to cook like them or what sometimes I don’t understand them o🤣🤣 If we were cooking like them they’ll now be saying Ghanaians are copying their foods🤣

What a very interesting conversation. Brings back so many old memories of cookery class in school.
