whai impact does is have on the current african leaders. when we have fear,corruption, closed mind set tribalism , amomg other back-trucking malicious thoughts that by so embrassing them ,africa is going back to the colonial period,we are allowing the chinese to invade africa in every sector of the african sector,,many phylosophical leaders have talked of african delocalistion but we have again failed,,we now volunteers ourselves to worker as slaves in the united kingdom, only forgetting that africa is the richest continent in the world.if we examine ourselves,embrass unit as well educated and energetic mindset youths we are going to regaine afriican independence,otherwise africa is going to be re-colonized again.

hahaha,i see good idear but in lazy people,how to we now unite to make africa a unique continent of its own flavour, what do we do to have a common market for trade in africa, to have the many international educaction centres in the world,to promote the way we extract our natural resourses including mineral ores and in agricultural sectors, to have a common currency as africa and a common bank as africa. those are the quiz we need to persue if indeed we want to make africa and continue the civilization of africa as a home of human kind.

Dr. kwame Nkrumah was a revolutionary,a visionary, a pathbreaker, the greatest pan africanist , socialist revolutionary organiser that the african world has ever seen. If the masses of the people pick up all his ideas even from today , africa will be at a different level in the shortest possible time. We have everything that the world needs but so long we african countries does not dump capitalism and adopt socialism, breakdown those silly borders cleverly desiged by our common enemies to minimised our integrated power and start supporting and trading between ourselves , our situations shall remain dormant forever and ever.

Nkrumah said "Remember always that you have four stages to make 1. The attainment of independence 2. The consolidation of that freedom and independence 3. The creation of unity and community between the free African states 4. The economic and social reconstruction of Africa" Dr. Kwame Nkrumah 's words are so relevant . 1&2 have been attained 3&4 are still in the process and I have faith this will eventually happen This is probably when the west realised how much of a threat he was and plotted to get rid of him.

First African leader I've listened to that seem to grasp the implications of imperialism, the western economic forces, a deep understanding of global politics & a vision to stimulate the African conscienceness to realize her full potential. Like he opined, "Africa isn't poor. It's Africans that are poor." Why did he declare himself president for life?
@brightbanson6507
@brightbanson6507 4 жыл бұрын
Where in his numerous speeches did he declare himself a president for life? This had been the useless reason why his own brothers connived with the west to overthrow him.. doesn't his speech make so much sense that we should think beyond who is the leader but instead, how strong a unified Africa will look like? The democracy that the white man brought us is hugely flawed and we as a people, must redefine our own system...nice day brother

Osagyefo Doctor Kwame Nkrumah was a mentor too, by inspiring our youths as well as helping our people that were deprived by giving them free education as well as free healthcare. Before Obama and all the hyped orators, there was one...Dr Kwame Nkrumah. A gem. A treasure. And we failed to celebrate his death anniversary this Monday. So sad. GHANA.

President Nkrumah, I normally ask myself why was the Ghanian army so greedy for power, which led to your overthrow in 1966? At the time of your overthrow, you were on a state visit to China. RIP founding father of the Republic of Ghana.

My dad (Sean Murray) was a building construction teacher (and the only Irishman!) in Accra, in the mid 60's. I remember our family taking a BOAC VC-10 from Heathrow just to see him. There was no butter, so we used treacle or Golden Syrup. A supply ship would arrive once a month. I remember 'shopping' at a grocery store with, literally, semi bare shelves. We used 'Nestle dried milk' for tea or in our cornflakes (not Kellogs). I'd use my dad's SW radio to get the BBC world service or, on occasion, radio Australia. He died in 2014 at 91: instagram.com/p/BQMebfXAE67/ Anybody recognize him?

The son of Sean Murray really no butter in Ghana in the 1960s. We did not need butter. Really treacle we had natural honey. Your people wanted butter that's why they shipped butter to Africa. I was born over 70 years so please
