my son saw a picture of this property on your channel and he said he wants it. and i asked him why, he said because it is pretty. he doesn't know that they are not for sale but i thought he has taste for a four year old. so i am working on letting him spend a few nights at one of the apartments when we come to ghana

I am not a realtor nor into real estate business ( i am an interior designer) and i know in the luxury world as is for WondaWorld Estates you dont put your price out. There is no fixed price, price depends on amenities and this is why Mr Bediako does not put his prices out. For instance go to this site (google Onehydepark. [dot] com) which is one of the most luxurious real estate address in London and on their website their prices are not on there. You have to call they ask you questions what you are looking for . But i do agree however WondaWorld at least put a price range on the site for your prospective clients. At the end of the day its what the customer wants. Whatever makes it easier. I never heard of WondaWorld and what you do until today and i must say you are doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work. Having lived in US for a while i have NOT been impressed once with the interiors of any apartment (i have been to all except WondaWorld) i have seen in accra (so european basic) as compared to say condos in New York, LA or Miami, Atlanta (or even SA) etc- i dont see the american feel any where in ghana (maybe folks prefer the european style condo structure and floor plans - personally i dont), but i will pay a visit to your property when i come to ghana and see (i am not a prospective buyer am just curious the finishings and the decor). I 100% support you importing your workers. You need reliability, and from one ghanaian to another, you will NEVER get that in our country when it comes to our people, and thats a fact. We all been there and experienced it.

all that you are showing are unfinished. in my observation you have not even finish any of your projects but you are speaking as if the apartments are ready for move-in. you should be able to put your price online so that we can also have a fair view of what your project entails. Dont give me any number to call you. just put out your price online for potential buyers like me. at least i can factorise it in my budget anytime i think of moving back to ghana.you have a very good vision, but i suggest you start putting out finished projects online for us all to see.
