Just heard Mr. Nyantekye describe Anas as an evil person. Yes, he may be evil for asking you to pay money as you are alleging, for him to make his discovery of your equally evil acts to go away. But then, the question still remains whether what he brought to light about you was true or false.

Kwame, If you don't understand the judgement, then take it this way (as I understand), if a woman seduces you to the extent that you undress yourself to start a game with her and then goes on to accuse you of attempted rape, you may get free because of her actions before you started undressing. Ana's went on a mission to blackmail to then accuse his victims. Nyantekye according to this judgment was not in anyway wrong.

If this ruling had been given in the U.S., the judge would have gone further to confiscate all his assets, including the cash account of Anas to Ghana. The judge says Anas is corrupted and has benefited from his work so the judge should have given everything Anas got from his investigations to the state. That's why I love U.S. judges. They are bold, courageous, and brave.

The court does not bring someone before it for prosecution, except contempt cases. The court is neutral. It is up to the Ghana Police Service or the attorney General's department to bring him before the court. The court does not even enforce it's own judgment.

Hi Duke, I don't know much about this case but I got a little understanding from Paul Adom Otchere kindly go watch it. It's about 13 minutes. The court states that Ken was able to prove in court that Ana's was corrupt.
