Cookies 1 cup of butter softened not melted (2 sticks of butter 1 cup sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla or almond extract 2 eggs 3 1/4 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 salt 1. Preheat oven to 350F in a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and Extract mix until creamy. Beat eggs in one at a time mix well. 2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add both bowl’s together mix well. Add chocolate chips or any other kind of sweet 3. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
