Wonderful footage it really nice to see what kwvr was like back in 60s and seening how much it grown in to day

Worth watching for the atmosphere and character of the early days. I remember, as schoolboy, roaming freely amongst the locomotives and stock in Haworth yard before the present locomotive shed was built. Loved the bespoke KWVR liveries applied to many locomotives and coaches - now as much a part of railway heritage as the original liveries to which most have since been restored.
