I’ve made butter chicken a lot of times but have never grinded tej patta with the paste. It makes the mixture bitter. Kasoori methi is to be dry roasted on a tawa so it gives a smoky yet subtle flavour. Just a suggestion.

Arora ji... Gas ko fridge se door rakhiye 😱 Aashish ji... Butter Chicken is not no. 1 in search in India... but in the World... when someone searches for Non Veg Indian Dishes... it comes on top... in Veg it's Daal Makhani... and It's an accidental dish... created to save the unused Tandoori Chicken and thus a dish recreated... which is just....
