Amit sir, you always say biwi se naukri karwao, then is your audience only men? I am a woman and still not married but have a house of my own, paying EMIs. Have tried to get married but not able to find anyone. So what is the advice for me? I have seen most youtubers giving advices only for men, never got women. If they talk to women, then everything is about marriage and children. Please make videos about a variety of audience.

Yes... I have always loved my job but never my companies that i have worked in... Always upgraded my knowledge, changed jobs with better salaries, all the while maintaining a minimalist lifestyle... I bought a house when I was 32 with 80% with my own funds n 20% loan in a tier 1 city. I still come to my office with full dedication but never work overtime or under stress...I have worked and overworked all through my 20's and built assets. I am 35 years now and happy that all my struggles happened when I was in my 20's...I am at immense peace now!!

Sir ne dekha ki private consultation mien sir ko khud time dena pad raha hai, aur sir ne puraani videos mein khud samjhaya hai ki paisa kamaane ke liye aapko aisi cheez krni padegi ki khud ka time na lage... Waah sir! Pr sir ek baat hai, jo banda aapse consultation lena chahta hai na, woh aapke team members ke liye kabhi paisa nahi dega...Kyoki humein kya pata paise de ke aap kaunse namoone ko saamne bitha dein humaare, jo kya pata humse bhi gaya guzra ho, jise aapne 2-3 cheezein ratta ke bhej diya ho...Food for thought for you sir.. Sir namaskaar 🙏 It will appear to you as if I am repeating my gratitude and appreciation towards you but the fact is that for sure you are on a mission impossible…and for all good reasons you are my real Tom cruise. Sir would like to have your opinion on the changing friendship and relatives culture and very fast changing world of technology and deteriorating work culture where people in the age bracket of 45-55 feel disappointed and left out. A false narrative and believe system is being created where you are asked to compromise or work in fear. Although there are videos available… but kehte hain ke Galib ka andaaze byaan kuchh aur hai…your clarity will be different altogether. Thanks

I've apna ghar, wife is educated but doesn't want to work. Whenever I bring this discussion she is like.. I'm rearing your children.. cooking, washing bla bla bla.. then I'm like why i started the discussion but I can see the difference between my colleagues whose wife is working and mine.. I'm always worried and praying that 3 more years.. then 2 more years so that I accumulate a sizeable corpus.. each day I think how would I survive

Start your business. Only financial freedom will release your stress. Your wife is taking care of kids, cooking & and other household activities, which is equivalent to earning 50-60k monthly. You are getting homely food, so u need not spend on hospital bills after 50+ age. Your wife is assest. She is earning money working in ur home but not taking salary. Do u know d labour cost, chef & maid cost per month. Maintaing house is full time job & with that taking care of kids is over time job. leave her & U should start ur 2nd source of income & try to get an exit from corporate life as soon as possible. Start your own business, or else u vl struggle in financial stability & which in turn makes u think ur wife should do a job. Nowadays, many billionaire businessmen have started from scratch & built an empire & running 100s of NGOs. They are serving 100s of poor family with food & shelter. But in corporate jobs, ppl r finding it too hard to run their own family & kids. Think Big, come out of this narrow mentality.

Please put yourself in her shoes and think once again before complaining. Take leave at work and try managing what your wife does everyday for seven days straight, you would understand that home management isn't easy as you complained. If your kids are grown up, provide opportunities for her to explore, she doesn't have to work for a 9*6 traditional job and again worry about the office politics just like everybody else. If you really feel she can take some time for work, spend a few hours every week and help her try different options from her strength areas, she might need to undergo some courses to bridge some gaps in the shortlisted areas. You must also consider, it's not easy to resume working after a break/start a job in this competitive world, you yourself know how difficult it is to find a job even for freshers, how do you expect finding a job would be a cake walk for your wife who was away from employment for good no. of years? If you really wanted her to work, you wouldn't have planned kids immediately after marriage. You didn't prioritise her job earlier, but complaining and crying in public, grow up and change your attitude. Help her, don't criticise and kill her confidence. You must understand that whatever you have accomplished so far is also because there's someone at home to take care of yourself, your kids and your family affairs. Use your skills and experience to help her if you really want her to start something. DON'T COMPLAIN. REMEMBER, ONLY YOU CAN/MUST SUPPORT HER. All the best!

what about people who are in their near 50's and have not owned a home until now and still living in fear of losing their job. No backup, No insurance, and no savings. I know this is a clarity for the youth channel. Nobody during my youth days had given us this kind of advice which sir it teaching to youth. Is this a dead-end for people like me?
