-Even though this comment is a year old- Because GUMI's Character Item is Carrot Probably because of her appearance. With her hair being green and her clothes mostly being orange. It's the same as for others (probably) Like the Kagamine counterparts (with Rin's character item being an orange probably because of her ribbon looking like two leaves of an orange and Len's character item being a Banana probably because of his hair)
