Kyle Harrison Breitkopf -- best known for holding his own at age 6 in "Parental Guidance" (2012) alongside Billy Crystal, Bette Midler and Marisa Tomei and soon to be well known for his role in the much anticipated "V-Wars" series with Ian Somerhalder -- shares behind-the-scenes stories and answers fan questions at his 2019 Guelph GenreCon Q&A panel.
Born July 13th, 2005, Kyle is a Canadian child actor who already has impressive credits to his name, including portraying 'Brendan' on "Mind's Eye the Series" (2010-2011), 'Nathan Cross on "Rookie Blue" (2011), 'Ryan Sullivan' on "Saving Hope" (2013), 'Isaac Waite' on "Being Human" (2013-2014), 'Agent O'Brian' on "Odd Squad" (2014), 'Gekko' and 'Greg' on "PJ Masks" (2015-2018), 'Timmy' in the "Overwatch" (2016) video game, 'Scotty' on "Sigmund and the Sea Monsters" (2016-2017), the title character on "Rusty Rivets" (2016-2018) and the starring role of 'Henry Bennigan' on ABC's "The Whispers" (2014-2015).
His impactful role in "Parental Guidance" earned him a "Scene Stealer Award" from kidspickflicks.com and two 2013 Young Artist Award nominations including "Best Actor Under 10 in a Feature Film." In 2014, Kyle won a "Young Artist Award" for his role as 'Jackson Marshall,' in the Hallmark Christmas movie "Catch a Christmas Star" (2013). He also received a nomination for his role as 'Jack' in the series "Satisfaction" (2013).
