After suffering a couple of significant injuries, Kyle Dake changed how he was living. These changes including altering his diet, using functional patters, and spending more time in natural light. The changes helped Dake feel better than ever before and paid off at the 2018 Senior World Championships.

I could not agree more with Kyle about the blue light thing. It’s common sense and anyone mocking him for that, good luck with your health in a few years if you’re just constantly staring at screens 10-plus hours a day. So awesome. Glad he’s not afraid to not follow the crowd.

Chiropractors practice voodoo - their “creator” learned everything from telepathic conversations with a dead guy in his grave.... if you want something that works, go see an Osteopathic Physician who specializes in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine - they are ACTUAL doctors who practice medicine AND do functional medicine, such as adjustments to your musculoskeletal system, myofascial techniques, etc. Chiropractors are money-hungry idiots.

It has nothing to do with spirituality. Functional Patterns is Biomechanics-training. "Light water magnetism" is simple physics (connecting yourself to the earth's magnetic field, with shoes on you are not connected and you dont get any electrons) and filtering water is just taking out all the crap that's in our water and putting in better electrolytes and essential salts. Kyle is a science guy, he is not spiritual, please dont mix things up.

So many great wrestlers from NYS's Section 4 (Kyle, Troy Nickerson, PJ O'Connor, Josh Glenn, Brad Penrith, etc.). Many great MMA practitioners too (Jon Jones). Broome and Tompkins County! I'm not into kumbaya stuff but things that make you happy... Do it! Lol placebo effect is amazing and doesn't matter if it's true or not. Mental edge is everything. I eat Paleo cuz real food sounds better to me. Changing light bulbs sure whatever. Being in nature... Stress relief and just awesome. A certain water for you specifically. Sounds good at least you know what you're putting in. I drink any water cuz I just love water. But taste is everything. If it tastes good I want more. If you don't look at the things he does as spiritual or gimmicky but just as him trying to better himself in every way possible. That's what we all should do.

there was a russian about 3 years ago,Bilyal Makhov, who won freestyle bronze then a greco-roman bronze a couple of days later. At a high level training for the 2 styles is completely contradictory, in a similar way to how wrestling and bjj can be contradictory. But he did it. if thats possible then medalling in both bjj and wrestling seems possible to me. only thing is the dude im talking about lived in a place where he was surrounded by world class freestyle and greco roman wrestlers. i don't know of any place you could go to be surrounded by several world class wrestlers and bjj practitioners at once

@chasethreshing
@chasethreshing Жыл бұрын
His bed has a mat or fabric that has conductive metal within it (like copper or silver), that conductive metal is connected to a wire which is either put into the grounded outlet in the room or put directly out the window and into to the soil/earth. Idea is that any charge your body is picking up will be 'sucked' by the earth.
