I am Dutch myself, if you slow the Dutch part down, in the beginning they clearly sing: "Kyle's moeder is een vieze Jood" Afterwards I can't understand anything anymore. So I think there are actual lyrics to it, but they especially butchered the pronounciation for the Dutch part. The rest is pretty easy to figure out.
