In my opinion the best player in the world. First of all by his regularity: for several years he has always been present, without ever going through big periods of bad shape. Then for his unpredictability: his range is so wide that it is impossible for the defender to predict what he will do. Dribble, curl to the back post, strong shot to the front post, exceptional pass... Finally, his efficiency: he remains human and sometimes misses, but he remains a killer in front of the goal, who never stops scoring. Then some will say that he is selfish. But these are based only on three games or know nothing about footbal. It's impossible to watch him play regularly and think he's selfish, and I even thought at times last season that he wasn't selfish enough. Whatever people say, he is by far the most important player of PSG and of the French team, and is capable of carrying a team by himself if needed.

He is technically very gifted, fast, some of his assists are insane but I think that we've seen the emergence of a new rivalry for the best in the world. It's Kylian & Haaland. Erling will be tough to beat because I think he'll score more. Mbappe has been consistent but for both men, the Champions League is key. He's also in a soft league, the intensity & standard of opposition in Ligue 1 is not what it is in Serie A and definitely not the Premier League.

I agree, no one can deny that he’s a good player and even best of his generation but it seems like he doesn’t have the mentality which is the main key for longevity and a great career. If Mbappé one day declined it’s going to be because of his poor mentality, I honestly don’t see him lasting on this good form until 30.
