@@crisalcantara7671 depends on what kind of competition there are alot of gloved comps which allow head strikes and they use much more defense some even allow karate grappling and submissions from karate

@@crisalcantara7671 bruh, kyokushin has defensive technique, idk if you have ever been in a kyokushin kumite but if you did so, you'll realize that it's much more than a toughness contest, you are not gonna be able to take bare knuckle punches infinetely.

i remeber my first karate class lol when you are beginer and take that punches the pain and bruices take months in disapear. the bones and cartilages of that area are too soft at the begining.

Kyokushin is the best martial art in the world. We endure the pain we receive from our peers and seniors so we would not easily fall from unwanted street fights. We learn how to kick powerfully and punch strikingly so we can be at our prime at all times.

👏👏👏 bravo, pero solo sirve para eso, para exhibición, no saben cabecear un golpe y menos sirve para un combate full figth, por eso siempre que vean a los kiukushin pelear con otro arte marcial, siempre será bajo las reglas del kiukushin y así ni un brillo
