Concepts is a retail store. Not a reseller like flight club or stadium goods. So they sell the shoes at MSRP not market value. They probably had some left over from when they released pairs in store. And sold them to kyrie as a sign of respect. Concepts and Kyrie had a collab around the time of this video I believe. And concepts wanted to show they’re appreciation and loyalty. That is also why they gifted him the concepts dunks. Those came out many years ago and they must have purposefully set that pair aside for him.
