There are lots of shops selling patbingsu, and I recommend SulBing. As for tteokbokki, it's selling alongside the streets, u can find it almost every street. :)

+Aisya Anindita They went to Garosugil, it's in Shinsadong, the dessert place is not far from Shinsadong according to them :)

No, I wished I did haha. I visited Korea for 2 weeks in year 2014 :)
