THANK YOU SO MUCH, this is exactly how you need to reset your unit! People like me who had trouble with the blue light flashing rapidly on left, you made a mistake somewhere and need to restart. THE MOST IMPORTANT BIT IS WHEN YOU HOLD THE RIGHT POWER BUTTON AND THE LEFT TURNS OFF IN THE CASE. That is when you are doing the procedure properly, you need to follow the steps exactly after that and the buds will even throw false readouts at you with lights different from what he shows, but the end result MUST be the same (right bud flashing red/blue and left bud flashing once every second). Then close the case, reopen and connect as you normally would AFTER removing the units from the case. If all goes well and with great luck, both units will have repaired to each other.

This worked for me: my left earbud would constantly be in a low charge state, and wouldn't charge when put in the case. By following this reset tutorial, it is now accepting charge and is working as usual! Thanks!

Actually its not an issue. Reset functions of the pro model is different from the base model and for some reason KZ has wrote the wrong reset instructions to the manuel. And people just accidently resets one of the earphones but not the other. The resetted eaphone waits for the other one but they dont reset the other one and it stucks at reset operation. I just resetted both of the earphones one by one and they automatically paired with each other and then they came back to normal.

@@brunor778 You have the same problem as me!. If i play some music on my phone in several second the right module will stop playing anything but it still on. Then i return back the module to the charging case and after that i play the music again it will still be the same as before, the music or any audio will not play anymore on the right module. I'am very confused, and still looking for some solution to fix my KZ. I've been resetting in many times and using many ways, but still it won't work. Very upset tho with KZ about this problem. Maybe if anyone know how to fix this i've would be so grateful.

AAC kullanmak pek fark etmez aslında ama yine de AptX daha optimize bir codec zaten. benim eski gm 5 plus telefonumda da bağlantı sorunu aşırı derecede oluyordu, dışarıda yürüyüşe çıkınca hiç müzik dinlenmiyordu her adımda ses kesiliyordu resmen ama poco x3 pro'da olmuyor artık hiç öyle şeyler

ses kalitesini daha iyi yapmaz eğer telefonun çok kötü değilse. ama kablosuz kulaklıklar arasında ses kalitesi ve amfi olarak ortalamanın üstünde olduğunu söyleyebilirim. kablosuz kullanmak için bir sebebin yoksa ses kalitesi olarak kablo her zaman daha iyidir.

Tuve un problema similar, vi un tik tok, este video, el manual y nada funciono, hasta que descifré el lenguaje de los parpadeos y pude volver a emparejarlos. mi problema inicial era que solo funcionaba uno, el otro parpadeaba infinitamente, rápido en azul, de tanto picarle el botón, funciono el otro y el otro (el que funcionaba bien) dejo de funcionar y empezó a parpadear rápidamente en azul. Lo que hice es meter los dos audífonos a la caja del cargador (con las bocinas) y solo deje presionado el botón del audífono que parpadeaba infinitamente, hasta que se apagara completamente, una vez obtenido eso (que me costo mucho trabajo, ya que lo intente muchas veces), me dediqué a que se pusiera en modo conexión (parpadeo azul y rojo) el audífono que funcionaba correctamente, cuando se puso en modo conexión, retire el otro audífono de la caja (el audífono que logre apagar) y como arte de magia, se enlazaron nuevamente y funcionan los dos al mismo tiempo :) ojo, es una tarea fácil, pero tampoco es imposible de conseguir, les paso el dato de lo que descifre de los parpadeos de leds en cada audífono. 1.- Cuando parpadea azul y rojo, es que esta en modo espera de conexión bluetooth 2.- Cuando parpadea cada 2, 3 segundos en azul, significa que esta comunicándose con el otro auricular. 3.- cuando se pone en rojo, significa que se va a apagar o que esta cargando. por ejemplo si le dejas presionado el botón, se pondrá en rojo después de unos segundos y se apagara, pero cuando lo metes a la caja-cargador, se pone en rojo y es señal de que esta cargando 4.-cuando empieza a parpadear muy rápido y en azul, "creo que esta en modo reset y en mi caso, no sonaba el audífono que parpadeaba así, es lo que predije" * ojo, no intentes configurarlo sin las bocinas (es decir, solo el transmisor), así venia en el tik tok que vi y fue una perdida de tiempo. para poder configurarlos, tiene que estar transmisor y bocina juntos, es decir, como cuando te lo pones en la oreja listos para escuchar musica. haaa y haz todo esto desemparejado los audífonos, borra las vinculaciones cerca de ti

if you talking about smartphones, it's detected only if an app wants to use a bluetooth microphone. I tested with this app: Bluetooth Headset Voice Recorder (com.wimlog.bluvoicerecorder)

Ürün açıklamasında sadece normal AptX'den bahsedilmiş ve benim telefonumda HD olan seçenek seçilmiyor, sadece SBC AAC ve sade AptX seçebiliyorum sanırım.

@@devgok o "gizli" bir mod bu modelde ve sol tarafa 3 kez basarak açıp kapatılıyor. Açıp kapatırken sadece ufka bir bip sesiyle uyarı veriyor sözlü olarak söylemiyor. Ama çalışıyor, ses yüksekliği de bass performansı da artıyor gerçekten.
