Amber, hope you are not triggered but I was thinking of KZ along the lines of the Eraserheads, Freddie Aguilar, APO, Sampaguita, Coritha, etc. Those type of INDIE artists who rely on lots of creativity and originality. I respect Charice, Regine and Morissette but they're more mainstream.

I watched the full episode 5 and they said that the producer of this show went to the Philippines to look who will participate and there were 15 artist/singers... And then Hua hua said maybe she's the best among the 15..

Lady KZ got creativity in spades. It is great to see someone who basically represents a valid antithesis to Dimash Kudaibergen. Injury might have grouded and limited her vocal range but she overcame it. One part of it is arranging songs to be managable with her range & the other part infusing it with so much emotion, texture and soul that it gets spicy enough to transcend being mere imitations of the original artists rendition of whatever song she covers. I'd love to see KZ & Dimash together live but I'm scared that I might not survive that.

iv been waiting for you guys to react on this performance of KZ in Singer 2018..she may be on the lower ranks, but that doesnt matter much.coz we know they could be bias coz KZ is not Chinese..but basing from all the reaction videos of people from different countries says it all how good she is..an overall artist..
