That foreign language she's singing & rapping in is Chinese, not her native tongue. She just learned it on her stay during the show. This particular song in case people didn't know is from the Fast & The Furious Soundtrack. Kz, with her unbelievable talent, incorporated the Chinese language into the performance, because it was her FINAL performance before she was eliminated from the competition. To her, it was saying Thank You, and to say See You Again to the beautiful people of China who supported her during her stay there.

If I remember it correctly, this is no longer part of the competition. This is her "exit" or farewell performance, that's why it was ok for her to let the audience sing that certain part ... altho it's not necessary, she'd chosen to sing in chinese (not her native tongue) to show her gratitude for the chance of being part of the show ... she's really a true artist/performance. 💙

This is her farewell song in the competition so what you thought was a risk when she encouraged the audience to sing along, that was just her way of saying thank you to the Chinese people and for being invited into the show. She only expected to perform one song "Rolling In The Deep" but she won that round and so she moved on to the next round etc... Her very last appearance in the show was her "Bang Bang" performance with Jessie J and Coco Lee. Jessie J was crowned the winner of Singer 2018. Their performance of "Bang Bang" is a must see. She was fully convincing in "MANDARIN" Chinese, a language she was coached a short time before performance, but she proved to always be her best. She is always best at all her covers. She has singles and a movie, already, too.

She's a Filipina like EZ so her primary language is tagalog but in this performance she translated part into Mandarin in respect to the audience that are Chinese --- making sure they get it. And THAT is how great an Artist she is!!!

Hunan Broadcasting System (HBS) decided last minute to change the song because they felt the song is not well known in China and asked KZ to perform 'Say Something' instead since this is one of the songs she performed during the audition that really left a mark on them. We had to fly Macoy (her guitarist) last minute for this and she only got to rehearse this song on the day of the recording but still delivered an awesome performance." Now, on this performance "See you again", its her farewell song (since everyone who gets eliminated has a farewell song) hence she does let the audience sing.
