The MTA controls billion$$ in dedicated sales tax revenue. The Mayor of L.A. controls over 50% of the votes required to approve contracts for billion$$ of spending by MTA.

My wife carries a foldable table and chair and starts with applications on the street this happened with hundreds of homeless during the Venice beach project. This shows how disconnected she is from the problem!!!!!!
