Nassau county police are literally the most corrupt police department in the state (only behind the NYPD and that’s only because the NYPD is a much larger police department.) EVERYONE should read the following article I’m going to put in the comments. It’s titled “A screaming red flag: Out of 144 civilian complaints nassau police find zero have warrant” MEANWHILE they’ve been sued close to 40 times for violating constitutional rights and paid every single time. However internal affairs found that ZERO of the cases were “founded” which is literally unheard of and impossible considering they’ve paid out money to almost 40 people from 2016 to 2021! When internal affairs is just as corrupt as the police department itself, you know we’re in serious trouble… I’m white, I got in some trouble when I was younger (I’m 35 now) and the police harass me and pull me over EVERY single chance they get. EVERY single time they see me they pull me over illegally and rip out the car and violate my 4th amendment rights by illegally searching me and my vehicle. This is prior to them getting body cams.(the plain clothes cops for some reason STILL don’t wear body cams FYI, and they’re the most corrupt of them all. So after a decade of harassment and them trying to ruin my life, I decided to get a dash cam installed in my vehicle. And sure enough 2 weeks later I drive around the block to 7/11 to grab coffee and I’m pulled over by the plain clothes narcs. They immediately began to lie their way into my vehicle. “Is that a knife on the back floor board?! Get out of the damn car right now!” (There obviously was no knife) I told them that, but they didn’t listen, and yanked me out the car, put me in cuffs and searched me and my vehicle. They pulled my pants down in the middle of the damn street to look down at my genitals… I told them “I’m so sick of this harassment, you’re public servants and you’re violating my rights constantly!” Needless to say the second they didn’t find anything on me or in my vehicle, neither of which I consented to allow them to search. I was told “well you have a past record so this is what happens!” THEN they noticed I was recording them from the dashcam and they completely shut down their little tough guy act and got very very nervous. I asked for their names, badge numbers, a card, anything they had and they outright ON CAMERA AND AUDIO denied to identify themselves to me. When I went to the precinct to file a complaint I was told I need to know the names of the officers otherwise I couldn’t file a complaint. Now, I’m suing the NCPD for violating my 4th amendment, harassment, and malicious prosecution. I’m also in the process of suing the NYSP as well because a few weeks after the incident I just spoke on the State police pulled me over and did the exact same thing! I highly suggest EVERYONE, idc whether you think you’re a law abiding citizen or not, EVERYONE should get dashcams installed in their vehicles to protect yourselves from power hungry criminals with a badge..they don’t give a damn about the constitution! And they WILL try everything in their power to violate your rights. And guess what? If it’s your word vs there’s guess who’s going to be believed? NOT YOU! However video and audio doesn’t lie! As always: they investigated themselves and found no wrongdoing. The video definitely show excessive force even with reason to detain you can't just brutalize a suspect. The taxpayers should be outraged that police cause so many lawsuits. If police want more money, they should perform better. Less lawsuits can equal more money for them.

Police having authority over man is the spirit of narcissism and corruption, not of law, Romans 13, or of God!. Police often "Serve and Protect" the states for PROFIT, not serving God or the taxpayers that pay their salaries! (Castle Rock vs Gonzales 545 U.S. 748 (2005). New York State has a law in place 52a that states no citations against police will be public information. It's crummy because these 2 counties are among the highest paid cops in the country and despite how they terrorize citizens of these counties they will retire well over 6 digits a year. They are habitual law breakers themselves. They are a gang . It's 100% true.

Prohibit use of or access to military equipment unless in very specific situations. Body cams at all times. I parked a car for the salvage yard on Thursday for pickup the next day with NYS plates, registeration, inspection sticker and the passenger seat was removed. Later I got a call saying the cor would be picked up on Monday which was five days later. Then the cops put me on surveillance 24/7, by parking the marked police cars a short observable distance from my house probably because I did not answer their knock. Btw, I had to go to work every day by parking my care several blocks away and walk home, and when the car was picked up on Monday during the cops shift change, a Black unmarked car raced towards my house looking for the car !!! Cay anybody tell me why they spent so much money and time when the could have simply check the VIN # and called that person. MAJOR CASE indeed.
