4 potatoes
4 capsicum
1 onion
2 tomato
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp chop garlic
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp chop ginger
2 spoon mustard oil
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
