Ravidassia votes have been divided among Congress and aap and BSP.in urban Jalandhar. Sialkotia majority votes will be polled to BJP and some portion to Congress and AAP. Bhagat votes 80%votes to Aap and rest of votes will be divided between Congress and Aap. Congress will get majority votes in rural area and rest of votes will be polled to BSP akali . Hence there is stiff necked competition between Aap and Congress. If BSP will get 10000 vote it will be trouble for Congress. However it appears that Since Congress is going to get votes in rural areas and urban area thus will won seat with margin of 500 to 2000votes. I am NOT member of any political party and this is my opinion. Jai Hind

21:27 Ravidassia votes have been divided between Congress and Aap and BSP in urban areas. Valmiki baradari votes will be polled to BJP and Aap Congress in 40,30 and 30 percent respectively. Majority of Bhagat baradari will be polled to Aap and rest of votes will be polled to Congress in urban area. Sialkotia majority votes will be polled to BJP and rest will be divided between Congress and Aap in urban areas. In rural areas majority of votes will be polled to Congress and rest of votes will be polled to BSP Akali and nominal votes will be polled to Aap. Purbiya or migrated votes in majority will be polled to BJP. Nominal votes will be polled to Congress Votes of upper class will be polled to BJP in majority and rest will be polled to Congress and aap. In case BSP Akali will get 10000 votes then Congress will be in trouble. However there appears to be edge of Congress in Rural Areas Margin of winning will be 500 votes to 2000 votes. ਸ਼ੀਤਲ ਦੇ ਅਸਤੀਫ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਇਹ ਚੋਣ ਦੁਵਾਰਾ ਹੋ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।ਜ਼ੋ ਵੀ ਖ਼ਰਚਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਉਹ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੀ ਪੈਣਾ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨਾ ਬਦਲੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਚੋਣ ਨਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ।

Law may be made to recover the amount of government incurred on election from defected candidate. Congress Government in 1986has already enacted the Defection Law but now the provisions of recovery also to be added in already existed law This will be done by Ethier by Congress Government at Centre as and when will be formed government at centre or present MPs to move Bill in parliament to add provision of recovery in the Law Jai Hind

Anti Defection Law already existed which has been enacted by Congress Government. A Bill to add provision in the Anti Defection Law may be moved by Congress MPs to recover the expenditure incurred to conduct reelection from legislators who switched off his her party without completion of tenure. So that mandate of people can't be disrespected elected legislators. Jai Hind
