@@terryb7115 Actually from watching the subtitled clips it is a pretty good drama. I would like to watch the full series but with English subtitles. Hopefully Netflix will carry it soon. They're playing 'Princess Weiyoung' right now.

Lanling king was a real historical figure, a famous general with a beautiful face. He lived from AD 541 to 573 and was killed by the jealousy emporer using poison. Most parts of the story in this show is fake except for his death.

@@monicabalintz8035 Try DC. It has 2 fully subbed versions, the original series with 47 episodes, and an extra episode with alternative ending (watch it till the end). On DC is a shorter version of the series with 34 eps. The subbing of both versions is not as good as the complete original version (47 eps) on YT Channel 1Q2Q that was unfortunately completely deleted on 31 August, 2022.

I guess the writers standpoint was that she was the princess of King Lanling and when he was killed she was reminded of that. So all her guilt could not allow her to enjoy her husband Prince Khou. I'm wondering if there would be a season 2 with English subtitles.

@@lorettahope9695 You know I was a lil confused towards the end whether it was Prince Zhou that was with her also as a child but there were no subtitles. I'm waiting for more clips to come out. I think too the princess she had an emotional breakdown. That's my personal opinion on the subject.
