7:06 The reason why Laurent is the beast. He missed that first "haah" and within micro seconds he immediately knew what must be done. Then from 7:07 he hits those 3 "haah" sound effects and you can totally see junior's reaction when Lau catches those sounds. What a beast!

NO he didn't miss that first "haah" , before those "haah" sounds , from 7:05 to 7:08 there is another sound effect its like "sheeeeessssss...bbggggggrrrrrrr "😅 look at his right hand at 7:05 he moves his hand and eat some energy candy 😄which goes "bbggggrrrrrr" ,you can see his mouth making that sound and its finishes with "haah" at 7:08 and he hit that 🔥

Spider is truly amazing, a dance boss, and one of my favs. Lau's level of confidence, creativity & versatility is simply ridiculous and a joy to witness. He's just on a whole other level; always innovating and elevating, beautifully leaving me in awe & often times hitting "REPEAT" to be sure I saw what I thought I saw. Laurent is seemingly one who's only getting better & better with age. Simply astonishing! Great job, Spider. Bravo & congrats on the earned win, Laurent! Well done, BTM.

at the end of the first round Spider makes a gesture "that was just my first round" [01:45] , Laurent also does the same thing [03:18]the two repeat this in the second[05:38][08:27], but Spider makes a crazy third round and right after he makes the gesture[09:38] but Jesus Laurent end the hole battle with a provocation[10:45] and then the crowd goes wild, two legends and glad to see people pay attention to Le Shield crew🙌🙌🙌

at 10:45 the lyrics of the song goes "Middle finge....." and cuts just halfway through and laurent did the same with the finger , as soon as the "middle fing..." fades he also fades his finger.

@@emmanuela9095 At 10:46, pay attention to the sounds happening in the music. You can hear the same sound repeat 2 times as Laurent shows 2 different hand gestures. It might not be exactly a sound of a crow but something similar. (you can hear voice, basses and that "crow" sound effect in that moment)

Spider's Aproach to the music is unique, nice battle with Laurent the man was definitely in the lab🏅🏅, i think now he is focusing in connect his imense dance vocabulary in a way that no other dancer can do, that was the main thing that most of people don't pay attention but for professionals dancers is the hole thing.

Lau was phenomenal, I think what caught Spider up was that he got really into the sounds without letting his dance progress. He should have taken more advantage of the lack of time limit to flesh out the layers of the music, kinda of like how he did in the no limit event I think he wanted to respond to lau with energy instead of finding the energy deep in his dance, and he stopped being able to connect his vocabulary together

Bruh Laurent surprised the SHIT outta me, he's my favorite artist of all time, but I thought he was gonna be cooked tbh. I underestimated him, he approached this one like he was trying to make a name for himself. He was dead serious, I thought his peak form would've been Next Urban Legends against Kuty, but this man leveled up

@@makesmartTROYces From the beginning, everyone knows that Laurent is THE GOD of dance. HE HAS EVERYTHING. When Larry had mastered his style, LAU had left hip hop a bit when he reached the top and then sought to master dance in all its aspects. Which is very complicated. Everyone went crazy for Larry and sometimes disrespected Laurent because he changed and seemed to stop progressing in hip hop. But now they finally understand that he was just perfecting his craft. I'm not saying that Larry only masters Hip Hop, but we have to admit that Laurent really touches everything and he's even stronger than some specialists who have only done one type of dance all their life.

Amazing rounds from both dancers. Every round is a glimpse of the thousands of hours these dancers have put in to be this elite. To me, both Laurent and Spider are incredible and this exchange was a HIGHLIGHT of them both. I saw some pain in Spider's eyes during the countdown and that legit had me emotional. Spider shouldn't feel anything but proud of how fking dope he is. Doesn't matter who wins, because ultimately we all win getting to witness freestyle dance at such a high level. Beautiful exchange.

In the third round, Laurent showed everyone who is the king. He started the round dancing like Larry, then went back to his Laurent style, perfectly blending his signature moves into the music, then finished the round with the grizzly bear of Rubix. It’s such a gift for the freestyle fans that Laurent is still doing battles cos his level is already out of this planet. Who the hell on earth can beat his level of creativity, musicality and versatility? 🫶

Spider lost there when he challenged Laurent on energy. Spider got a huge body thats why when he goes to micro stop and fast movement he has to spend more energy than laurent. Same kind of movement if Laurent does he would not spend huge energy because he is lean. Spider tried to answer Lau with energy than vocabulary and his round went short. If he could extend his rounds with that energy it could be a fair battle but I'm sorry Its a total domination by Laurent. No competition. I never seen any battle vibe in BTM before. More like a battle than exchange
