no, it is hard even for yulia to recognise the voice at first because only audience can hear both of their real voice. their earphones will distort each other's voice and make it completely different and hard to recognise for each other no matter how much well do they know each other. Neither yulia will be hearing diana's voice as Diana's and nor for the case for diana with respect to yulia's voice. they will only hear each other's real voice when both have been face revealed to each other. it's obvious only for you and us as audience but not for participants.

Since you mentioned "Show mask go on" and what a wonderful show it was then it will also worth your time to check the duet of Kirill Turichenko and Stas Kostyushkin that was aired on the same episode, great nostalgia with both the girls and the guys, it was a great call back, i wish we had another "show mask go on" with the same people together, i do not even care about who wins it, it was the greatest singing show i have ever seen and all the people there had great chemistry.
