sounding amazing, as always, love how she bit into these lyrics with joyful abandon. Her voice really soared on the highs, she added a little grit here and there. A few places couldn't been tightened up but Touching performance.

L is amazing and i know that she has the emotional touching performance that tells the story and also she has Autism she can tell that perfect story about herself of the disabilities. All people with disabilities can be on the voice and making this far to the Live shows. I am proud of her how much she has accomplished.

I'm mad at myself for thinking one of my faves was not that great tonight!😢 Some sharp moments. L seems to be such an incredible human being and she is a beast of a vocalist. America tends to evict someone really good in the first week every season. I hope is not Ms. Rodgers tomorrow.❤

L ❤ This was one of my Dad’s favourite songs and L’s performance bought me to tears because it reminds me that I lost my Dad on 12th May 2023 and it has been a horrible year without my rock. 😭 So glad I gave up work (a job I had been in for 16+ years) and sacrificed time with my own family so we could spend his last 9 months together, that he could stay in the home he loved and spend time doing the things he loved rather than being in a care home where nobody would have given a damn! He may not have given me life (I’m adopted) but he gave me himself and the most love a parent could ever give and I owed it to him to give that back. Thank you L for such a beautiful rendition of this song. ❤❤

This is such a perfect song choice for her. L has a silky and warm tone yet powerful at the same time. There were parts that wasn't great, but everything else was fantastic. She slayed the high notes of the song. She should sail through as well.

But L. Rodgers was the first person to the cover of Patti Griffin's Up to the mountain who think that was more than someone else's That was from Team Reba to take the stage. For the "soulful firecracker's first live performance she went with that tune. Dan think L. sounded beauriful and sees her as a "greatest storyteller" and this grammy winner and star of tv prime said she "mailed " everything they talked about in rehearsal in that she "feels it because she feels it first".....more about last night is heard opn her youtube page this evening.....

Looked like the mic was in the same position…it didn’t appear to be lower…but the camera angle showed her face well… I wish she had sang something different that would have really showcased her beautiful voice. Wasn’t thrilled with the song choice.
