Sir, you are repeatedly telling BAR ASSOCIATION instead of State Bar Council. Enrolment with Bar Council only and not Bar Association. Further after 2010, Law graduates need to pass AIBE Exam conducted by BCI for practicing in courts.

చదువు ఒకటే గదా,లా డిగ్రీ ఉంటేనే లాయర్ గా లీగల్ adviser గా ఉంటారు,అదేవ్యక్తి బార్ కౌన్సిల్, (డాక్టర్లు మెడికల్ ప్రాక్టీస్ కోసం మెడికల్ కౌన్సిల్ లో పేరు నమోదు చేసుకున్నట్లు) సభ్యత్వం తీసుకుంటే advocate అవుతారు కోర్టులో క్లైంట్ తరఫున వాదిస్తారు.అంతేగా.

AIBE (All India Bar Examination) పరీక్ష రాసి క్వాలిఫై అవ్వాలి. అప్పుడు అడ్వకేట్ అవ్వు తా రు . ప్రాక్టీస్ చేసే ప్రాంత ఏదయినా కోర్టు BAR Association lo సభ్యత్వం తీసుకొ న్నాక . క్లయింట్ కేసులకు వకాల్తా వేసుకోవడానికి అర్హులు అతుడవుతారు. ఈ విధంగా లాయర్ →అడ్వకేట్ (న్యా య వాధి) అవ్వు తారు. Lawyer is eligible to council with BGL two years course and can be eligible for the judicial officer but not eligible like having BL or LLB as an Advocate to appear before court .at present BGL not in process in some universities. This will be helpful for Working employees to know laws and doing as Law officers and asst advocates in their company cases. For information only.

LLB/BL చదివి law డిగ్రీ పొందాక, వారియొక్క సొంత ప్రాంత రాష్ట్ర barcouncil లో enrollment chesukovali enrollment lo Advocate Act 1961 ప్రకారం ప్రమాణం చేయిస్తారు. Enrollment certificate ఇస్తారు. AIBE (All India Bar Examination) పరీక్ష రాసి క్వాలిఫై అవ్వాలి. అప్పుడు అడ్వకేట్ అవ్వు తా రు . ప్రాక్టీస్ చేసే ప్రాంత ఏదయినా కోర్టు BAR Association lo సభ్యత్వం తీసుకొ న్నాక . క్లయింట్ కేసులకు వకాల్తా వేసుకోవడానికి అర్హులు అతుడవుతారు. ఈ విధంగా లాయర్ →అడ్వకేట్ అవ్వు తారు.
