I just did a video about this same subject. I called it kungfu must haves. One of the main things that so many people don’t spend enough focus on is the hand position at the waist or the chambered fist position . It can call it whatever you are used to calling it. I also talked about how this position of the hands is varied depending on if it’s higher toward the armpit like in wingchun or praying mantis. It’s really nice to see others emphasizing this great basic. Kungfu training is so much fun!!!! Enjoy training everybody 👍 Sincerely, Sifu Hero

I have great respect for this instructor especially his interpretation of WC’s SLT . However , can’t say I believe that simple beginning posture of chambering both hands have that much health benefits.

That's great. But is train your body for fighting in chi as the book said lifting up your ✊ and chi and your bottom and your 🏀's will be inside your body 👅 and chest is full of chi for taking hit. That also for golden bill and iron shirts
