Bt sir how this is possible because as per charging section there must be an employer-employee relationship... Can u plzz explain this point in more detail ??

Before joining the job means ki employee will receive this money only when it's obvious that he will work in the company and has joined it ..... I think before joining the job the agreement has been done already And for joining and settling purpose the employee receives that amount
