in the version of the game this speedrun was done on, you can start it with a console command (its dumb and should be disallowed but thats how it always has been in the rules)

scroll wheel bhopping is not efficient in l4d2 or l4d . it works best in games like half life, tf2 csgo etc. because there your velocity and air acceleration is high

@@smoked8471 and zonemod ( competitive versus ) cuz the tick rate is changed and u can scroll there

in the release version of L4D that this run is played on, you can use a console command to emulate you interacting with the saferoom door, so as soon as we load into the level we press the bind for that console command. obviously its kind of dumb that this is even allowed in the run but thats how the rules were set up even before i started running the game

1 year late but whatever, he's in a "god spot" basically in that spots, special infected can reach you and will die after some time without spotting you, thats why the tank died, because he didn't see orreach the survivor
