The fact that this even has one downvote is evidence that some people are just inherently unpleasant. I love this project. You've inspired me to build myself digger some day, if I ever get the gear to work heavy metal like this. Looking forward to the final episode!

Very cool! Love this project. Which control valve are you using? I though these control valves were on/off only. But it seems like you have proportional control.

Exactly what I've heard as well. But after I installed longer levers to create some leverage, it works really well. The valves are the cheapest possible P40, 11gpm, double acting, from eBay.

Reverse the cylinders so the hooses goes up instead of down, check a volvo L25 so u see what i mean

Hi, That was my intention from the beginning. But the lifting cylinder hoses was pressed/squeezed against the frame. The only option was to let the hoses go down, but it works well.
