Finding my very own first apartment in LA! Let's get into the real behind the scenes of apartment hunting focusing on pricing, location, amenities + MORE. I toured about 14 different apartments looking for the perfect 1Br with a washer/dryer, parking, nice views, and great lighting. I somehow got this suggested to me, because my phone spies on me. I'm a landlord who has been showing an apartment in Midcity--a very central area--mentioned on your list. So for those looking right now and need to know comps: Today, I am doing a signing for $2700 for a 2 bedroom duplex with one parking space. The market is kind of hot. So, if you see something, you need to act quickly.

Wow what sites did u use? I checked out one downtown today and it was so trashy and interior was mediocre. Thinking about paying a lil more for the types u showed here

What is it with tourists ? They are as good as a resident. Just people. It is a non hate question i have hard people saying those things, and is so ugly.

Tourists = lots of people congregated/ sightseeing = noisy area
